1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC Announces Its New Venture
Founding partners, Jerry Oldham and Ted Rieple are pleased to announce the formation of 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC, a boutique investment banking company specializing in purchases, sales and recapitalizations in the $10 to 100 million transaction size.
In announcing this new business, Mr. Oldham and Mr. Rieple stated, "We look forward to combining our investment banking background and collective experience in banking and corporate finance and the current due-diligence and background investigations business of 1stWEST Financial Corporation. We are building a unique platform that will provide a 'hands-on solution' for those individuals and companies that are either selling or purchasing a business. We will also arrange debt or equity capital to expand or recapitalize their business. We have a long history of successfully managing, buying, selling and financing businesses," concluded Oldham.
