Joseph Hige, Joins 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC As Managing Director
1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Hige as a Managing Director.
Joe Hige brings over 20 years of corporate level senior management experience in the automotive, military, industrial, recreational, marine and consumer product industries. He is a private equity specialist leading multiple equity backed deals with strong operational and M&A transactional skills. He has extensive work experience in private equity, strategic and tactical planning, organizational architecture and operational execution.
Joe has a strong public and private company leadership background that includes CEO of Turbonetics, Inc., a private equity backed manufacturer of performance forced induction components. He served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Coherix, Inc., a manufacturer of high technology vision based metrology systems. Additionally, other senior management positions include; Executive Vice President for Tractech, Inc. (Eaton Corporation), Executive Director for Metaldyne Corporation (MascoTech, Inc.), Strategic Brand Planning Director for J. Walter Thompson, Global O.E. Sales Manager for Reynolds Metals Inc. (Alcoa Corporation) along with various engineering and program management positions for Ford Motor Company.
Based in Northville, Michigan, Joe will play a critical role in working with our automotive, industrial and technology based clients. Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technical University and a MBA from Wayne State University.
