Tim Jeffries, Joins 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC As Managing Director
1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Jeffries as a Managing Director.
Tim Jeffries brings over 20 years of experience in the high technology industry comprising over a decade in senior executive leadership roles. He has extensive work experience in the areas of strategic planning, business optimization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for numerous companies in various industries throughout North America.
Tim has a strong public and private company leadership background that includes Chief Operating Officer of Mobility Electronics, Inc., where he led a strategic and financial turnaround of the business. During this period, he handled the assessment of several potential acquisitions and the integration of five companies. Mr. Jeffries served as Vice President and General Manager of the $1.5 billion Storage and Components Division and Vice President of the $10.3 billion Vendor Sales Division of Ingram Micro, Inc., a Fortune 50 company and worldwide leader in information technology distribution and services. Tim served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Marketing of Intelligent Electronics, Inc., a Fortune 250 company acquired by Ingram Micro. He also served as Director of North American Channel Sales of Novell, Inc., where he assisted with the sales assimilation and integration of several acquisitions.
Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Tim currently serves on several corporate boards and several prominent statewide and national non-profit boards. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University and a Global Executive MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
