Rob Monaco serves as a Managing Director for 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions. Rob brings over 15 years of senior management experience in the commercial and residential financing industry.   He has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience and has led the development of several companies on a nationwide basis.

Rob has a broad senior management and operations background with significant expertise in the commercial and residential financing industry.  Prior to joining 1stWEST M&A, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Brookwood Financial Partners.  Other senior management positions include; Capital Markets Director for Madison Equity and Senior Vice President for Banc One Financial Services.

Based in Marlton, New Jersey, Rob will play a critical role in working with our commercial and residential financing industry based clients in the Northeast.   Rob has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from University of Colorado and holds a NASD Series 63 License.
