Management Team

Tim Jeffries serves as a Managing Director for 1stWEST Mergers & Acquisitions.  Tim brings over  20 years of experience in the high technology industry comprising over a decade in senior executive roles.   He has extensive work experience in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning for numerous companies in various industries throughout North America. 

Prior to his most recent activities, Mr. Jeffries served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mobility Electronics, Inc., where he spearheaded the strategic and financial turnaround of the failing mobile accessories company.  During his successful tenure, Mr. Jeffries led the integration of four different companies.  He also led the assessment of several other potential acquisitions.  Mr. Jeffries served as Vice President and General Manager of the $1.5 billion Storage and Components Division and Vice President (and de facto General Manager) of the $10.3 billion Vendor (“Technical”) Sales Division of Ingram Micro, Inc., a Fortune 50 Company and worldwide leader in information technology (IT) distribution and services.  Mr. Jeffries served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Marketing of Intelligent Electronics, Inc., a Fortune 250 Company acquired by Ingram Micro.  He also served as Director of North American Channel Sales for Novell, Inc., where he assisted with the sales assimilation and integration of several acquisitions.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona USA, Mr. Jeffries currently serves on several corporate boards located in the Western United States.  He also serves on several prominent statewide non-profit boards in Arizona and national non-profit boards based in the Eastern United States.

Mr. Jeffries graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and Duke University Fuqua School of Business with a Master of Business Administration.
