Will West brings over 27 years of broad industry experience in energy, oil/gas, manufacturing, financial services, and the technology industries.  He has a solid commercial and public accounting background and has had senior management leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.  Will has strong operational, financial and M&A transactional skills.

Will has an excellent commercial background that includes President and CEO of Cap Rock Energy Corporation.  Prior to its sale to a private equity group, Cap Rock Energy was a publicly held PUC and FERC regulated electric power transmission, distributor and retailer primarily serving remote residential and oil and gas producing locations.  He served as CFO and VP of Finance for Benchmark Research and Technology and Managing Partner of a small energy boutique firm.  He has an extensive public accounting background that includes Senior Manager for KPMG, Tax Department Head for Grant Thornton and Tax Manager for Price Waterhouse and Arthur Young.

Will has published articles pertaining to oil and gas issues and has served as an Editorial Board Member of the Oil, Gas and Energy Quarterly.  He has a BBA in Accounting and MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a CPA.
